Initial Meeting

When we initially meet, we'll show you an overview of what you can expect follwed by a complete wedding. You'll probably have a lot of questions, and we'll do our best to answer them.

Pre Production

1 to 2 months before the wedding we will meet to go over any details or unusual requests. Please bring an invitation, your photos for the video montage, and any ideas for music that you'd like to include.

At the conclusion of this meeting a 25% of payment is due. The last payment will be due 7 days prior to the wedding day.

Wedding Rehearsal

At the rehearsal we would like to get to know the wedding party before the big day, as they are "Cast" of characters for our wedding movie.

Their interaction is key, and often they can be the life of the party. We will also meet with the minister or an official to know what we can and cannot do, and what restrictions there might be. Lastly, we are there to scout the location so that there are no surprises the next day, as we carefully choose the camera placement to get the best angle of the ceremony. If time permits, some interviews can be videotaped as there is more time than than during the the busyness of the wedding day.

The Wedding Day

We will arrive 1.5 hours before the ceremony to set up mikes, camera, and begin to shoot any pre-wedding activity. This will include exteriors of the building, signing in of guests, seating of parents, and the lighting of candles.

Post Production

Post production will average around 20-30 hours, but it's in the editing, that the magic begins. Music accompanies whatever visual story is being told, and a home movie is transformed into a moving and poignant presentation.

(3) DVD copies of the edited video will be delivered within 4 and 6 weeks after your ceremony. (that is if all photos have been procured. Add an additional two weeks on for inclusion of honey moon photos.) This is the 1st draft. View, enjoy, but do take notes for final DVDS (3).
